This is a large-scale consolidation and relocation of a federal government agency requiring close coordination with GSA. The project scope includes extensive space planning exercises to create the most efficient adjacencies and layout.

The new space plan utilizes an open plan concept with the majority of offices located off the window line. Glass office fronts and panels on workstations provide staff with natural light and exterior views. A modular wall system provides flexibility for future space modifications. Davis Carter Scott (DCS Design) worked closely with the building owner and agency to conform to established standards for finishes and furniture. The four-story space includes secured access, public service counters, branded lobbies, meeting and conference rooms, a server room, staff kitchens, exercise facility, and locker room.
