Davis Carter Scott (DCS Design) designed the Republic 7 building for Liberty Property Trust to update the image to a more contemporary and timeless aesthetic, as well as incorporating unique gathering areas for tenants and guests.

Upgrades to the front entrance area include redesigning the walkway to provide a greater welcoming statement for the building. Outdoor lighting, a seating area, and a unique sculpture piece were added to further enhance the aesthetic of the building’s entrance.

Upgrades to the main lobby include unifying finishes and creating a timeless, elegant design. New lighting was incorporated, and the atrium railing was redesigned. A custom sculpture was designed, as well as a new kiosk/directory.

The back lobby emphasizes a feeling of warmth and hospitality, including a soft seating/gathering area around a large, two-sided fireplace. At the back entrance, on the opposite side of the fireplace, an outdoor seating area/patio was created. Means of egress were relocated through the back lobby by redesigning the stairs and ramps. The grading was changed and a seasonal garden was designed as part of the new landscaping.
