Redland Corporate Center is a three building office development constructed in 2009. After the relocation of a key government tenant, the property owner enhanced the property’s value by modernizing and repositioning the existing buildings and gained county approval for two new structures on the 27.5-acre site.

The existing building renovations included upgrades to the lobby, glass storefront, lighting, elevator cabs, conference center, the introduction of a fitness center, and an interactive lounge with gas fireplace. The new finishes blend warm wood accents with natural stone feature walls and porcelain tile flooring to create a warm, modern aesthetic. Additional interior design services, including restroom renovations, multi-tenant corridor design, and a marketing suite, were geared toward new leasing efforts.
