Davis Carter Scott (DCS Design) was commissioned to provide architectural design services for a 14-story residential building located in the NoMA BID. The project is Phase II of a multi-building residential development near Union Station and includes 525 apartments and 16,300 SF of ground floor retail, including a day-care. The residential building features a rooftop lounge with an infinity pool and Capitol views. The ground floor offers additional amenity space such as exercise facilities, cyber cafe and lounges which open to a landscaped courtyard. The building is supported by 2 levels of below-grade parking for 416 cars and 175 bicycles.
