The Robinson & The Belmont (One University)

Robinson & Belmont is a 10-acre affordable housing community located along University Drive near the intersection with Route 123 in Fairfax County, Virginia. The development includes 240 residential units—120 in Robinson, the family-focused building, and 120 in Belmont, which is designed for senior residents. At the center of the site is a shared 3,000-square-foot community building that serves as a hub for programming, services, and connection between residents of both buildings.

DCS provided full architectural design services for the project, along with branding to support a cohesive identity for the new community. The site includes 384 parking spaces and thoughtfully planned outdoor amenities that promote accessibility, activity, and comfort. Located adjacent to George Mason University, Robinson & Belmont offers a modern, inclusive housing solution that enhances the surrounding neighborhood while meeting the needs of families and seniors alike.
