Potomac Yard Master Plan

Davis Carter Scott worked with Arlington County and developers to achieve 4.2 million square feet of total development comprehensive master plan located on 26 acres for with over 2 million SF of office space, 286,000 SF of retail and 2.1 million SF of residential/hotel. The mixed-use project is located to Reagan National Airport and a VRE station, and includes multiple new transit stations. The residential portions of the master plan were completed in multiple phases. The Clark and The Sur, the sister Landbay D phases, finished construction in 2020.
