Designed as part of an office campus consisting of two 2-story office buildings connected around an open courtyard. The site is located at the gateway of the Urbana Corporate Center, just outside Frederick, Maryland at the intersection of I-270 and Rt 80. The tenant, Legal and General, relocated its national headquarters to these buildings, taking 115,000 SF. The buildings are designed to the Natelli community design standards and have open egress stairs in the main and secondary lobbies.
