Davis Carter Scott (DCS Design) served as both base building and interior architect for this new 140,000 SF administration building. The 5-story, class A, gateway project is located on an existing surface parking lot at George Mason University’s Fairfax, VA campus (University Drive & Mason Boulevard). This project is a unique development project for George Mason University, as it is funded by the GMU Foundation. The program for the building includes planning space for a number of tenants who provide university departmental support/outreach programs as well as classroom functions and retail support functions on the first floor.
