DCS has been awarded West Hyattsville, a mixed-use, transit-oriented community on 24 acres of land located next to the West Hyattsville metro station in Prince George’s County. In partnership with Gilbane Development Company, the new project includes two phases, with each phase containing a distinct residential building with 300 units, commercial space and a 300-car parking garage – all connected with an activated, landscaped public outdoor amenity space.
