The Nexus
at West Alex

Project features a total of 74 affordable housing units spanning four floors are above ground floor retail. The design goal of The Nexus at West Alex was to visually connect the Array (the market-rate residential building in West Alex) and The Nexus through similar but less expensive finishes and details creating an aesthetic bridge between the two residential buildings.

The 749 SF community room includes a food preparation area and a flexible activity for a variety of classes and events. Project financing was created through VHDA and LIHTC programs.
