TG Federal (formerly The Goal)

TG Federal (formerly The Goal), a 6,196 square foot Federal IT Consulting Firm located in Arlington, VA, is the second office location recently completed by DCS Design. The new space boasts a modern, open layout that complements the design of their Reston location. With a goal to reflect the youthful, high-energy environment the firm embodies, the space includes “The Pit,” a central meeting and collaboration area located in the center of the office, creating a social hub for employees and visitors alike.

Adjacent to The Pit are multiple workstations that run along the perimeter with a full view of Ballston. The space maximizes natural light from windows by placing low partition workstations on the window line and includes glass walls in the conference rooms. The team also incorporated a large training room with a retractable wall, which when open, seamlessly integrates into the workstation area. The training room can easily be converted into additional workstations when necessary. Five small meeting rooms were also placed directly off the reception area, allowing for easy access to the large formal conference room.
