DCS Design is adding to the Tysons skyline and multifamily housing count in partnership with Quarterra Multifamily (previously known as LMC), with Scotts Run. Our team is in the final throws of permitting and looking forward to kicking off construction in Q1 2024. The project boasts contemporary design, stunning views, a shared park, and a bevy of retail activity! Spanning over 448,000 square feet, there will be 447 units, 25 stories and amenities galore.
