Hoffman Tower

Hoffman Towers is a project planned on two blocks on the Eisenhower Corridor in Alexandria, VA. The project includes a base about 35 feet high with internal parking, retail space on the ground level and residential units on the perimeter of the levels above. On Block 12, on top of the base, there will be one tower with 29 levels. On Block 11, there will be two towers, one at 33 levels and the other at 23 levels. Block 11 also includes space for a large retail grocer. The project includes five levels of parking below grade, with a total parking count of 1,396 spaces internal, and 150 parking spaces on grade. The project is supported by mass transit by adjacent to the Eisenhower Avenue Metro Station. The total floor area above grade is 1,326,000 square feet, with 1,243 residential rental units ranging from 500 square foot studio apartments to one, two and three bedroom units as large as 1,500 square feet.
