Class A office building part of the larger Fair Lakes master plan. To enhance the site environment, the building was situated so that trees were preserved on all sides of the building, and exterior materials were selected to accentuate the wooded setting. The design, in conjunction with the reflective surfaces, allows the building to "disappear" into the surrounding wooded area.
