The City of Arlington Texas is looking to capitalize on having two adjacent professional sports venues which only see use during game day functions. Looking to boost the local economy and provide residents with new amenities, the City asked Davis Carter Scott to design a mixed use entertinament zone which will provide year round entertainment. DCS responded with a concept that provides a complete sensory experience based upon transit oriented development principles. The new master plan will transform surface parking lots into an active walkable entertainment and sports center.
