Kemensah Heights approximately 15 km from downtown Kuala Lumpur. The site is very hilly with much of the property being steeply sloped. A small river (stream) with human habitation along its banks runs through the site. The property is the last remaining piece of pristine jungle in the immediate vicinity of Kuala Lumpur.
The vision for this 300 acres development is to create a high density project that incorporates a sustainable infrastructure and buildings in an amenity rich environment; a mix of uses that created a microcosm of Kuala Lumpur on 300 acres but, and most importantly, treats the land as our most precious asset and disturbs as little of it as possible.
Our team has pledge to touch less than 50% of the land to create a project that will have up to 8,000,000 SF of mixed use development, within a vibrant and stimulating environment for the people who choose to come and live and work here.
The proposed concept, following this rationale, is to create a series of small mountain top communities, each of approximately 1 to 1.5 Million SF of development. Each of these self-contained neighborhoods will include the core functions of office, residential, hotel, retail so that convenience and quality of life are the guidelines for the master planning effort. This will allow the mountainsides and valleys to remain untouched, thus maintaining natural habit and travel paths for the rich diversity of wildlife now existing on the site and allowing for the development of exemplary pedestrian trails in the natural areas.
