					<description><![CDATA[<p>The former home of the Italian Embassy from 1925-1977, DCS Design and Mill Creek Residential have repurposed the Modera Sedici into a new modern 135 luxury apartment community. The historic neo-renaissance style, by architects Whitney Warren and Charles D. Wetmore, has been preserved with the addition of a nine-story high-rise on the site with two levels of below grade parking.  A mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans are available. Select units feature outdoor public/private terraces.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Project features a total of 74 affordable housing units spanning four floors are above ground floor retail. The design goal of The Nexus at West Alex was to visually connect the Array (the market-rate residential building in West Alex) and The Nexus through similar but less expensive finishes and details creating an aesthetic bridge between the two residential buildings. The 749 SF community room includes a food preparation area and a flexible activity for a variety of classes and events. Project financing was created through VHDA and LIHTC programs.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>This is a residential development with ground floor retail set within a mixed-use development. Landbay D West will feature ground floor retail, roof top pool and a private exercise facility. The apartments are designed to LEED NC Silver certification equivalent. The building is adjacent to a large public park and new public transit that will shuttle residents to Arlington metro stations.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>440 K Street will be a new Class A apartment development located at Mount Vernon Place in one of Washington, DC’s developing neighborhoods, Mount Vernon Triangle. The development will include 234 apartment units on 14 floors with approximately 9,450 square feet of ground floor retail with K Street frontage. The remainder of the ground floor will be dedicated to residential uses, including the building entrance and lobby which features multiple seating areas and ceiling heights up to 14 feet; property management and leasing offices; and a fitness center for residents. </p>
