Davis Carter Scott provided Planning, base building design- schematic design, design development, contract documents and construction administration services for a new LEED Gold certified 305,000 SF Class A office space built over an existing and operational underground transit system. This new mixed-use development is adjacent to the Washington Nationals Baseball Stadium. The project also includes a 85,000 SF below grade garage.

1812 North Moore

A 600,000 SF office building partially constructed over an existing electrical substation and parking structure with six levels of above and below grade parking. The project also includes ground level retail and restaurant space. The project achieved LEED Gold for Neighborhood Development and is being designed to achieve LEED Platinum Certification for Core and Shell.

H Street Office Building

A fast-track building renovation was done for this 10-floor office building. The first floor consists of a lobby and retail space (3,670 RSF). Floors two through ten are office space. There are two levels of below-grade parking garage for 63 cars.

National Industries for the Blind

National Industries for the Blind has commissioned Davis Carter Scott to design a new headquarters building in Alexandria adjacent to the future Potomac Yard Metro Station. The project is currently under construction and is expected to deliver fall of 2018. The project will achieve a minimum LEED Silver certification from the USGBC. When built, it will house 10,000 square feet of ground level retail. Approximately 50,000 square feet of the office space will be owner occupied with the balance to be provided for lease.

Wells Fargo Center

The Wells Fargo Center is a mixed-use development which encompass an entire city block save a small existing building which will remain on the site. It is surrounded by an amenity rich environment in the heart of Norfolk’s Arts and Entertainment district and directly in front of the new Monticello Avenue light rail station.

Loudoun County Government Center

Loudoun Government Center is located in historic Leesburg, requiring the building to be designed to complement the surrounding historic district as well as meet the space and technological needs of the expanding county government. The building’s size (158,000 SF), large massing, required parking structure (418 spaces) presented design challenges in a neighborhood of centuries old homes and buildings. The site plan accommodated the County’s request that expansion capacity of 112,000 SF be available for future expansion.

South County Government Center

South County Center is a 157,000 square foot government social services center designed for South Fairfax County Virginia residents to have a "one" stop facility for county services. Some of the services provided are affordable healthcare, family social services, juvenile services, clinics, recreation center, conference center, Access Fairfax center, a detention center, and a first floor adult day care center for families who are unable to afford full-time care for their older relatives.
