The Ellipse

Inspired by the original architecture of the building, DCS Design transformed the lobby of The Ellipse to an open two-story atrium with views onto the second floor.  The design team preserved the awe-inspiring historic barrel ceiling design which extends the length of the entire lobby, front to back.  Modern, neutral design elements transformed the space with all new storefronts, lighting and finishes throughout.  A new welcoming visitor desk area showcases a natural moss wall with LED rope accent lighting and wood tones. The two-story renovation also included new and improved amenities spaces such as a lounge coffee bar, meeting spaces and a large conference room suite, a glass-front fitness center with private showers, and an outdoor fitness / event space which is screened off from the public.
