Arrowbrook Centre Apartments represent the second phase of the Arrowbrook Centre, a transit-oriented, mixed-use development. The Apartments include five-stories wood framed residential over a two-story concrete retail podium. The residences wrap a six-story parking garage accessed through a mid-building cut-through.

Once all phases are complete, Arrowbrook Centre Apartments will be at the center of a dynamic urban environment flanked by office, hotel, and additional residential buildings lined with commercial shops and restaurants. Landscaped paths and generous green space provide pedestrian connectivity to a public park and wetlands nature area provided in Phase I of the development.
