Located on Third Street, NW between I and K Streets, 950 Third Street is being developed by Community Three, LLC with contractor, James G. Davis Construction Corporation. DCS is providing both the Architecture and Interior Architecture of the building, adhering to LEED certified standards. This 138,000 sq. ft residential development features 127 dwelling units, along with a 17,500 sq ft., 35 space parking garage with 43 bike spaces.  

Designed around preserving a 100-year-old tree in the surrounding streetscape, 950 3rd Street incorporates views of the D.C. skyline – complimented by one of the most stunning rooftop terraces in the city. Carefully envisioned green features including electric car-charging stations, low-flow plumbing fixtures, a green terrace, and LED lighting further enhance the sustainability practices of the development.
