Davis Carter Scott provided architectural design services for this new construction six-story, stick built, apartment building in West Alexandria. The building features a curving facade visible from both Seminary Road and N. Beauregard St. The project includes a six-story parking garage which is located in the middle of the development. The amenity rich development includes a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center as well as other amenities for the Class “A” residential community. The project is expected to receive at a minimum a LEED rating of Silver.
