Close proximity to the White House was extremely important to this successful lobbying firm. Therefore, Tiber Creek chose to renew their lease and undergo a 12,000 SF in-place renovation which would update their space and reinforce their brand. The client’s primary design goals were to bring an identity to the space and provide a welcoming reception to visitors. Prior to the renovation, little to no natural light was being filtered into the space. Glass conference rooms and updated lighting were added to brighten the space and open it dramatically. The elevator lobby was widened with a custom logo wall that was designed to be flexible for the various companies operating under Tiber Creek.
