Landbay D West, The Clark, a mixed-used development designed by DCS Design and is located in Arlington, VA in the larger, multi-phased, Potomac Yards Master Plan. Featuring ground floor retail, a rooftop pool and a private exercise facility, the residential and retail development was designed to reduce potable water use by 31%, reduce energy costs by 28%, and provide over 70% open space.
