Davis Carter Scott (DCS Design) has designed offices for CohnReznick across the country, from Los Angeles to Boston. Each office has a design reflecting its unique location and culture while meeting its own particular set of needs. At the same time, corporate standards are followed and each property fits comfortably in the CohnReznick brand portfolio. The recently renovated, 60,000 SF Baltimore office required a new, unique standard promoting teamwork. DCS Design developed a beehive concept that creates flexible workspace with private offices set around teaming rooms of smaller, open two-person teaming areas or private booths. These flexible hive spaces are adjacent to open workstations and are tailored to each team’s specific needs.
