Sustainability Study of an existing Class A headquarter office building completed in 2002. Davis Carter Scott and a team of sub consultants reviewed every aspect of the National Wildlife Federations existing structure and measured the buildings performance. Based upon those findings and constructability review, the DCS Team then made recommendations for progressive building upgrades that would eventual result in a carbon neutral building platform. Systems explored by the team include: Green Roofing, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Air Exchange Units, Solar Photo-Voltaic Systems, Window Films, Louvre Systems, Occupancy Sensors/Controls and Solar Thermal Heating.
